The Mindful Gut is a program designed to improve gut health and help you manage your stress better, helping you to get into and stay in remission LONG term.

This 12 week program is suited to anyone managing anxiety, mood imbalances, sleeplessness and irritable gut symptoms, associated with IBS, SIBO, Crohn’s & Colitis. Whether you have a formal diagnosis or not, this program can help you get to the root of your symptoms.

There is so much information out there about what to eat, what supplements to take, and how our mind can impact our physical health, how can you know where to start or what will actually work?

Well, the truth is, everyone is different and there is no ‘one diet’ that will suit everyone. There is no single supplement that will work for both you and your mate, even if your symptoms might overlap.

This program is tailored to you! We start off with a focus on mindfulness and teaching you small habit changes to improve your gut brain connection and learn to listen to your body better.

How does it work?

Throughout the program you will have FIVE one-to-one consults with me, your naturopath, to guide you through the program and weekly check-ins via Voxer or WhatsApp. This allows for accountability and any changes that might need to be made.

You will also have access to webinars and audio recordings to educate you on your mental and physical health including:

  • mindfulness exercises & healthy habit changes

  • what foods can help and hinder

  • building a healthy relationship to food

  • fasting - how, when, why

  • underlying drivers of gut conditions

  • how to identify if you have SIBO, candida or another infection

every week you will have access to more educational tutorials!

How is this program unique?

This program will hold your hand throughout allowing you to make small changes that will lead to BIG change in your life. You will have FIVE consults where we get to speak one-to-one and you will be able to ask me questions and clarify anything you need to along the way, utilising a messaging service like WhatsApp. This provides extra accountability and support. The program is released step by step to allow you to implement things. And the primary goal is to NOT make this a stressful process. We are aiming to reduce overall stress. While understanding how to eat right for you is important, the focus is not on restrictive dieting, instead I guide you in understanding what dietary changes are manageable, accessible and sustainable. This gives you a better outcome LONG term.
